Under the direction of Naomi Norwood, the Interim Assistant Head of School and Director of Operations, the staff in this area is responsible for the following functions or programs:

- Student financial aid programs

- Campus safety and security
- Educational and administrative technology
- Building maintenance and renovations
- Landscape maintenance
- Use of facilities
- Auxiliary services including student bookstore and food services
