Annual Giving: Brentwood Fund

Where does your money go?

Did you know that tuition only covers 81% of a Brentwood School education?

Brentwood School's budget is funded primarily by tuition and by annual gifts from parents, grandparents, alumni, faculty, staff, and friends.

Contributions to annual giving through the Brentwood Fund have a positive impact on all aspects of Brentwood School life including:

  • Financial aid awards
  • Academic and extracurricular program support and development
  • Faculty salaries, benefits, and professional development opportunities
  • Facilities enhancement

Each gift, no matter the amount, touches the lives of our students. Our goal each year is for 100% Brentwood Fund participation. We encourage every family to make a gift in any amount that is appropriate to their circumstances. We ask parents, faculty, staff, alumni, grandparents, and friends to give a gift or make a pledge. Pledges must be fulfilled prior to June 15 to be recognized for the current school year.

Each spring Patrons Gift Club members are recognized with a special theater event and Leadership Circle Gift Club members are recognized at intimate dinner parties hosted at the homes of members of our Board of Trustees. Those in our Eagle Circle and Founders Circle Gift Clubs are recognized in the spring at the home of the Chair of our Board of Trustees.
